This part will introduce a method to run GUI program on remote Linux system based on Putty and XMing for Windows.

Procedures

1. Download and install putty and XMing.
2. Execute XLaunch after installing XMing.
3. Select "Multiple windows" and then click next.
4. Check "Using Putty", and then import the IP address of destination and login user name, and click next.
5. Check "Start a program", and click next.
6. Click next to the last page and check "Include Putty password.....", and click finish button.
7. Execute Putty and setting up SSH > X11 forwarding by checking "Enable X11 forwarding" and add "localhost:10" after "display location".
8. After these steps, users can run GUI program in remote Linux system with corresponding command.
